I am sorry to say I can't immediately help in your search, except to say that if Reginald was conected to the Spencer-Churchill family he would be a Frewen rather than a Frewin.

Bob Frewen may be abe to help with this one perhaps? I have emailed you with his address to see if he can help.

We do have several Reginald's listed on our database, including one Reginald Frewen who died at Northiam in 1992, here
