Ena and Edith Frewin

I have an old birthday book which was my grandmother's (b. 1891 in Kent, lived there & London, not a Frewin), which contains the entries;
Feb 14 - Ena (Eva?)Dorothy Frewin, 1896 and Feb 6 - Edith Lilian Frewin.

The following notes might or might not be connected:
- an old photo, Marked "Ena (Eva) and Edith (no surname), postmarked Deal, Kent, in 1906 shows a girl aged about 13 and a young woman. and
- I'm told that a relative, Elizabeth Rose (b. Kent 1866), had a daughter Edith, who had children called Cathy and Lionel (b. abt 1915), surnames unknown.

Does anyone know any more details about Ena and Edith?
